We accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in resellable condition, and returned with the original shoe box, packaging, and tags.

Approved U.S. returns receive a prepaid return shipping label. A $11.95 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from the refund.

Your first eligible U.S. exchange is free, with no restocking fee and free shipping both ways.

Only items specifically marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and the issue so our customer service team can review it.

Once we receive the information, we’ll contact you with the next steps and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

That’s cleaner than calling it a “warranty” unless you actually offer a separate long-term warranty.

Your payment information is processed securely.

Our payment providers follow PCI-DSS security standards, which are designed to help protect cardholder information and are supported by major payment brands including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Delivery Times

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 1–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
